We hope you love your purchase, but we know sometimes it just doesn't work out and that's OK. Should you wish to return the item, you can.

 HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?

You can return your item back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. (Just make sure your item(s) are in their original resalable condition).

Just fill in the supplied return form, please make sure you fill in all the important details like your name/order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We cannot process your return without this crucial information.

If you are lucky enough to live in West London you can return the item to our Unit, and the refund/exchange can be processed that day. (please contact us)

If not, just parcel the item(s) back up, with the filled in return form to our returns department, via a tracked & signed for service. It is up to the customer to cover the returns postage costs. 

During busy sale periods it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.

 Please note the label provided in your parcel is just an address label, we do not currently offer a pre-paid return label.

 Please print, read and fill in our exchange/return form, then send it back to us with your order and we will take care of the rest. (admin@justleggings.co.uk)

If you are unable to print the returns form then you can always hand write a note for your package, please ensure the following information is included on your note for us: 

 - Your full Name

- Your full Address

- Your order number (starting '#') 

- The item you are returning and if you would like a refund/exchange 

- If you are exchanging, please let us know the item and size you would like sent to you.

 I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?

If you need an exchange please get in contact with us admin@justleggings.co.uk and we will check if we have your requested size in stock, and we will remove it from the system to prevent it being sold online.

Please send the original item(s) back on a tracked service, with the original labels attached within 14 days of receipt, and the returns form filled in with the exchange box ticked and the new size requested.

We will send out your new size back out to you free of charge to your UK shipping address. Please be aware with international exchanges we may contact you to cover a proportion of the carriage fee.

SALE & GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE

In the rare occasion that the item(s) you receive is damaged during transit or is a manufacturing fault, please get in touch admin@justleggings.co.uk  

In most cases, you will need to return your item(s) for assessment by our returns department. If you are a UK customer please send the item back via a tracked service, please keep the receipt of postage costs, as this will be refunded by ourselves if the item(s) is deemed faulty. If you are an international customer please contact the team via email for advice on how to return the item(s).

Once the item has reached our returns team, they will inspect the item(s) to determine the cause of the fault and weather you are entitled to a repair, refund or exchange. Please be aware that in some cases, the item(s) may have to be sent back to the manufacturer overseas. 

Please be aware in some cases we may no longer have the style you purchased in stock available, so a credit note may be issued.

I AM A INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

 Just parcel the item(s) back up, with the filled in return form to our returns department, via a tracked service. It is up to the customer to cover the returns postage costs.

 Please mark the parcel as a return. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded, at the customers expense.
